Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by CrestWorks Winston-Salem Artificial Grass are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during preparation, or changes to the project scope. We will always communicate any necessary adjustments before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are established at the time of contract signing. Typically, we require a deposit to secure your installation date and schedule materials. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and your satisfaction with the work. We accept various payment methods including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund minus any materials already ordered for your specific project. Cancellations made within 7 days of installation may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs and lost scheduling opportunities.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the installation area and ensure that all necessary utilities are marked before we begin work. Any obstacles or site conditions that could affect our work should be communicated to us during the consultation phase. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or unreported underground systems.
Warranty
Our installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your contract. The artificial grass products we install carry manufacturer warranties that will be transferred to you upon completion. Warranty details vary by product and will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
CrestWorks Winston-Salem Artificial Grass is committed to delivering quality work. However, we are not liable for issues resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties after installation completion. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship within the warranty period.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
